A path back to yourself, one honest step at a time.

Healing
From Within

This is a self-paced course for anyone living with chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS), fibromyalgia, chronic pain, IBS, chronic migraines, multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS), EMF sensitivity, Lyme disease, "long covid," or chronic anxiety, caught in the neurological loop of symptoms feeding fear, and fear feeding symptoms. This course is built from the same path I walked myself, bringing together nervous system regulation, brain retraining, and the release of stored emotional energy, so your body finally has permission to put the alarm down.

Explore the Path

Your Body Was Never Broken

If you've spent years chasing a diagnosis, a protocol, a supplement, a specialist, and still feel like your body is working against you, I want you to know something I had to learn the hard way: what you're feeling is real. Your brain is the one deciding to send that pain, that fatigue, that flare, not because anything is broken, but because somewhere along the way, it learned to see danger where there isn't any anymore. Your nervous system learned to protect you a little too well, and it never got the signal that it was safe to stand down.

I built this course from the path I actually walked to help that system finally rest and get my life back, reconnecting body, mind, and spirit, so I could let go of what no longer served me.

I couldn't find one place that brought the whole picture together: the nervous system science, the brain retraining, the emotional release work, and the spiritual and imaginal side that so many programs leave out entirely. So I built it myself. This course doesn't ask you to pick a lane. It asks you to come home to the whole of yourself.

Three Pillars, One Path

Everything in this course lives inside three interwoven pillars. None of them work fully alone. Together, they give your whole system permission to heal.

I

Nervous System Regulation

Understanding why the alarm went off, and gently teaching your body it's safe to stand down, through education, somatic practice, and small, safe movement.

II

Brain Retraining

Interrupting the loops that keep symptoms alive, and using imagination, visualization, and the present moment to build new neural pathways.

III

Emotional Energy Release

Making space for what's been stored and unspoken, through journaling, thought watching, and deliberate practices of letting go.

Nervous System Regulation

1Foundation

Understanding the Smoke Alarm

The science behind why real, debilitating symptoms can exist without ongoing structural damage, and how to recognize your own body's version of a false alarm.

Grounded in Dr. Howard Schubiner's FIT criteria
2Awareness

Noticing What Feeds the Loop

Certain everyday reactions can unintentionally deepen the very loop you're trying to calm: fear about what a symptom means, constantly checking in on your body, frustration at the unfairness of it, trying to think your way out, pushing through by force, or chasing the next fix. This module helps you recognize your own patterns without judgment, so you can start responding differently.

3Practice

Finding Your Swimming

My own recovery began in the water, a safe way to move without my brain registering threat. This module helps you find your own version: a gentle way to push back against symptoms and prove to your body that movement doesn't equal danger.

4Practice

Somatic Tracking & Pendulation

Learning to observe sensation with neutral curiosity instead of fear, dipping into it briefly, then returning to rest, so your brain relearns that it's safe to feel.

5Lifestyle

Restructuring for Calm

If a part of your life carries a high degree of stress, you either have to change your relationship to it, or let it go. This module walks through what that honestly looks like, without judgment.

6Rebuilding

The Two-Phase Path Back to Movement

In the high-sensitization phase, the work is softness, reassurance, and safety. Once you're stabilizing, we layer in restorative yoga, vagus nerve exercises, proprioception, and gentle fascia work, rebuilding capacity at your body's own pace.

Brain Retraining

1Interrupt

The STOP Method

A simple, moment-by-moment tool to interrupt the amygdala's panic signal the instant a trigger arises: short, calm, and immediate, because the emotional brain doesn't respond to long explanations.

Adapted from Loz Evans's amygdala re-education work
2Rewire

Imagination as Medicine

Your brain doesn't fully distinguish between what's vividly imagined and what's real. This module teaches you to use that fact deliberately: visualization and mental rehearsal as genuine tools for retraining your nervous system's response to old triggers.

3Presence

Leaving the Past Where It Belongs

So much of chronic illness is the mind re-downloading yesterday's story into today. This module explores staying rooted in the present moment, where the old file doesn't have to be the one that plays.

4Gratitude

Imagination & Gratitude as Daily Practice

Two of the simplest, most consistent tools in my own recovery, used together daily to gently redirect the nervous system toward safety instead of scanning for threat.

This pillar is still growing, more modules on meditation, breathwork, and non-duality practice are in active development.

Emotional Energy Release

1Observe

Thought Watching

Learning to notice your own thought patterns without immediately believing or reacting to them, the first quiet step toward choosing a different response.

2Express

Emotional Release Journaling

A structured journaling practice for emptying the emotional reservoir before it overflows into the body: daily life, personality patterns, and childhood, each given honest page space.

Informed by Nicole Sachs, LCSW, "Mind Your Body"
3Rewrite

The Script

A guided practice for identifying and releasing the specific buried feelings behind physical and emotional patterns.

Adapted from Karol K. Truman, "Feelings Buried Alive Never Die" (1991)
4Release

Letting Go

Acceptance of where you are, including honestly letting go of what no longer serves you. This module blends two of the most powerful release practices I've encountered into a single, gentle process.

Draws on David R. Hawkins's Letting Go, and is inspired by The Work of Byron Katie®

This Course Is For You If...

  • You've tried conventional medicine without lasting relief, and you're exhausted by the search
  • You suspect, or already believe, that stress and emotion are a big piece of the health challenge puzzle
  • You're open to the spiritual and imaginal side of healing, not just the clinical side
  • You're ready to look inward, even when it's uncomfortable
  • You want a real path to follow, not just more information to sit with

Our ultimate goal for this course is to reconnect your body, your mind, and your spirit into one coherent entity. Right now you are stuck in a world of pain manifestations tied to the physical body. We want to soften this. Everything in your world is created from within. We want your inner world to produce states of peace and healing. We want you connected to your emotional body so that you can be fully present and let go of stories of grief, guilt, sadness, and trauma. We want you loving yourself, whole, and free.

Dear one, this is what you deserve. This is what you can return to.
